Shenzhen Aokangde Group Company Limited was established in 1984. It was formerly known as the “Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Industrial Products Trading Group Corporation”, a large-scale, state-owned commerce and trade enterprise group established in Shenzhen based on the original Shenzhen Bureau of Commerce and supply and marketing cooperative; In 2007, the restructuring of state-owned enterprises was completed and turned into a non-listed joint-stock company, which owns tens of thousands of square meters of office buildings, commercial properties and warehouses in Shenzhen, and mainly operates and manages on its own properties.

There are two property management companies with independent legal personality in Aokangde Group. One is located in Meiyuan Rd, Sungang, with a building area of more than 23,000 square meters, named Shenzhen Aokangde Property Management Co., Ltd.; the other is located in Nanxin Rd, Nanshan District, with a floor area of more than 2,000 square meters, named Shenzhen Huachang Trading Co., Ltd.

Aokangde Group was rated as the third in national wholesale business, the first in the 100 largest comprehensive business enterprises of Guangdong Province, and was awarded the title of Annual Outstanding Entity in Safety Administration.
