1.Preparation shall be made through early notification, provision of information, early research and presentation contents.
2.Preparation for being punctual in both the initiation and the conclusion.

Three Necessities:

1.It is necessary to participate a discussion in meetings: Listen to others carefully and voice one’s opinion so that different insights could be exchanged and shared.
2.It is necessary to be determined: corresponding conclusions shall be drawn along with the conclusion of a meeting, and minutes of meeting & decision shall be made in a timely manner.
3.It is necessary to carry through: determine the work plan, timetable and responsible person and assign specialized persons to oversee follow-up actions.
