From July 24^th to 25^th, a group of senior executives of the PENGCHENG Group visited Shanwei and inspected the Pinqing Lake, Cathay Food Industries Limited and Honghaiwan Development Zone successively.

In the afternoon of the 24^th, PENGCHENG Group executives arrived in Shanwei, and the Shanwei Ocean and AquatIc Products Bureau arranged vessels to the executives to inspect the Pinqing Lake. Mr. Lin Denghai, director of the Shanwei Ocean and AquatIc Products Bureau, briefly introduced the current status of the Pinqing Lake and its future development plan.

During the visit to Cathay Food Industries Limited's workshop and discussion therein, Chairman of Cathay Food, Mr. Lin Mengde introduced the company's production and operation situation as well as existing problems, and hoped to strengthen the cooperation with our company to jointly build the Shanwei marine product industry chain. Executives said that Cathay Food's marine products have a lot of room for development and it is an industry that is very suitable for the development of Shanwei and they will strengthen cooperation with Cathay Food and build a famous brand of Shanwei seafood to make the marine industry bigger and stronger.

In the morning of the 25^th, PENGCHENG Group executives and Mr. Li Yongjian, the Deputy Secretary-General of Shanwei Municipal Government, and other leaders from Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau of Shanwei Municipality, Shanwei Ocean and AquatIc Products Bureau, Shanwei Economy and Information Technology Bureau, Shanwei Environmental Protection Bureau, Shanwei Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Shanwei Urban and Rural Planning Bureau attended the keynote lecture themed “New Trend of Architectural Business Model” presented by former vice chairman of the La Fondation Charles de Gaulle, Professor Mart, who proposed suggestions on Shanwei city planning, sludge cleanup, food safety, energy conservation & emission reduction, and garbage disposal. Executives said that Shanwei has a good natural environment and rich natural resources, and it has the advantage of coming back from behind, plus that the current municipal party committee and government leaders attach great importance to the development of Shanwei and have strong execution and responsibility. The PENGCHENG Group will make selective investment on Shanwei ocean fishery, seafood trading & processing, high-end tourism real estate around the lake, urban purification, energy conservation & emission reduction projects in their hometowns, prompting the development of Shanwei.
