A Lecture Titled “How to Improve Cognitive Ability in Learning” was given by Mr. He Qijun, Assistant to President of PENGCHENG Group and Executive Director of SICD, at PENGCHENG Academy

On October 27th, PENGCHENG Academy held the second lesson on the theme “How to Improve Cognitive Ability in Learning” & PENGCHENG Academy’s training course in October. Since the successful completion of the first lesson of improving cognitive ability in learning at PENGCHENG Academy on September 7th, all students have unanimously reported that they have learned a lot and benefited from it. In the second lesson, PENGCHENG Academy invited SICD Executive Director & Assistant to President of the Group, Mr. He Qijun, to provide training for the core management of the Group and related colleagues.

Mr. He is patiently guiding the trainee to complete the test. 

   In the course of the lesson, Mr. He introduced to the trainees that their individual learning intelligence consists of the abilities to learn in visual, auditory, reflective, tactile, and sensory aspects. There are four different stages of cognitive ability development, namely: the stage of sensory movement, the preparatory stage before operation, the stage of physical operation, and the stage of abstract thinking. Each person will always go through these four stages in his life. Each stage calls for different mental abilities. Entering a new stage and having new mental abilities can make people understand the world in a more sophisticated way. Mr. He also mentioned that for the receiving of information and the processing of information content, each person's processing capability is formed with three dominant advantages: pattern graphics, symbolic symbols, and text semantics. In general, Asians’ average ability in these three areas reaches 6 points, 9 points, and 5 points (out of 10 points). The ability to enhance the three dominant advantages can be achieved through the professional sensory integration training. It can also be achieved by strengthening the daily learning of intelligent exercises such as increasing reading quantity, combing work plans, and admiring works of art.

In the course of this lesson, Mr. He helped students to complete the “FLI2 Personal Learning Intelligence Test” step by step. "FLI2 Personal Learning Intelligence Test" is not designed to test the individual's personal achievement or knowledge reserve. It aims to examine the potential learning ability of individuals. This test leads students to think in new ways. This will be the starting point for exploring and discovering the individual’s learning intelligence and thinking skills.

As the saying goes, "Know the enemy and yourself make you prevail all the time”, this course helps students to increase their self-awareness so that they can improve their personal learning intelligence in a more targeted way. Later, PENGCHENG Academy will continue to carry out related lessons to help trainees to work happily, live a happy life and harvest a rich life.
