On February 28th, the session one training course for the PENGCHENG Group headquarter in 2017 was successfully held at PENGCHENG Academy. In this course, Ms. Sun Hongjuan, the Chief Auditor of the Group’s headquarter, has performed a fabulous lecture entitled “Introduction to Audit & Risk Management of Real Estate” for all employees in the head quarter.

This course is mainly divided into two parts: internal audit introduction and real estate risk management. Director Sun first led the students to sort out their understanding of the audit work, and introduced its concept, birth, development, purpose and functions, and emphasized that the most important nature of the audit work is authenticity, legitimacy, and efficiency. Through the introduction of Ms. Sun, the trainees also realized that the audit work has evolved from a simple "accountchecking" in the past to an important job regarding supervisory control, assurance & authentication, consulting, protection, and Advising in corporate management.
fterwards, Director Sun briefed the participants on the assessments of main risk factors and risk loss for project development, positioning planning, design, procurement, engineering, marketing, etc. in the real estate industry, and explained the importance of prevention and risk control in connection with real-life cases, putted forward optimization proposals for the risk prevention work of each business segment. The course ended with the wonderful teaching of Ms. Sun and the quiet thinking of the trainees. The trainees benefited a lot.
