In the morning of July 26^th, PENGCHENG Group was investigated by a team led by Mr. Wang Shourui, deputy warden of Luohu District, together with leaders from Luohu Economy Promotion Bureau, Bureau ofDevelopment & Reform, District Bureau of Invest Shenzhen, Shenzhen Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Station Luohu Brigade, Subdistrict Office and other departments. They have coordinated and solved the actual difficulties met by the Group and its subsidiary companies during their business operation.

At the research meeting, Ms. Peng Xiaojun, Group Director and Chairman of SICD Education Co., Ltd. introduced the situation of the Group to the deputy warden and his team. Mr. Zheng Yiqun, the Group’s Assistant to President, reported the actual difficulties met during business operation by Group’s PENGCHENG Marine Product Co., Ltd & Shenzhen Best Western Felicity Hotel as well as the series of issues which is yearning for the government’s concern. Deputy Warden Mr. Wang listened carefully to the report and acknowledged the historical significance of their development in Luohu – PENGCHENG Marine Product and the Felicity Hotel, and led the participating departments to make clear instructions on the handling of related issues and the follow-up cooperation with enterprise in solving problems. In the meantime, specific requirements were also put forward to related departments

For PENGCHENG Marine Product, Warden Wang supported its business philosophy of “Fill the Chinese dining table with safe seafood”, and reckoned that this business philosophy of PENGCHENG Marine Product is in line with the positioning requirements of Luohu District to build an international consumer center. For the Felicity Hotel, Mr. Wang instructed to address historical issues need to be consider historical realities, and he supported the effective integration of hotel space and urban space, beautification of the environment, and required the government and the enterprise to jointly polish the hotel’s "Shenzhen Time-honored Brand”. At the meeting, deputy warden also highly recognized the successful revitalization of the DDM Mall commercial plaza of the Group's commercial project, affirming that DDM Mall is a model for properly handling historical issues and successfully revitalizing old businesses.

Finally, Mr. Wang said: Enterprise is the driving force of social progress, the protagonist of urban development, and thanks PENGCHENG Group for its contribution to Luohu's economic development. Luohu District's strategies of building an international consumer center, Shenzhen's eastward strategy, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area planning, etc. all bring good development opportunities to development of enterprise in Luohu. Enterprises need to clear directions and paths, and strengthen communication with the government to ensure same purpose and direction. At last, the Group leaders thanked the government for its strong support and promised to actively follow up on the government's requirements.
