A new year calls for new atmosphere. On January 11, 2018, PENGCHENG Academy welcomed the opening ceremony for the phase IIIstudent class and the first learning & sharing session in 2018. People participating in this learning & sharing session include the deputy directors of the group head quarter and the management above this level, the deputy general manager of the subordinate companies and management above this level, and the core reserve cadres.

Phase IIIstudent class will focus on topics such as "Setting up Ambition, Learning diligently, Rectification, and Preaching Kindness". Learning content includes such as management, inspiration, spiritual growth and so on. Reading a book together regularly, and establishing a responsibility system of reading leader, a student will be appointed to guide the reading and host the sharing session in each period and organize participants to share and discuss, watch related video and then share on a monthly basis. In the process, students learn and share what they learned in real-time “YISHUYIKE” platform in Spiritual Wealth Club Enterprise Version.

After announcing the study plan for the current phase, the students read out loud the first passage “Doctrines for People in Longchang County” from selected book “Awakening – Interpretation for Unity of Knowing and Acting”. Loud sound of reading infuses full positive morale into students. With a touch of emotion and shock, the participants watched the video "Reproducible Leadership" and shared it.

Mr. Peng Weihong, the head teacher, guided the book “Wakening” in four areas of “Setting up Ambition, Learning diligently, Rectification, and Preaching Kindness” and quoted Einstein's saying “Insanity Is Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting Different Results.” and encouraged students to set goals, strengthen their convictions, be broad-minded, persist in learning, and constantly reform, actively seek ways to solve problems and achieve goals, jump out of the comfort zone, cultivate themselves to set an example for others and achieve their goals and self-worth. “How far can a person go is determined by who he is with”, the head teacher encouraged everyone to read the Saints’ book and walk with the Saints’ wisdom to give full play to the exemplary role, positively influence and drive the people around to learn together, pursue the progress and achieve improvement in self-worth.

With the inspiring encouragement of the head teacher, the participants performed a solemn swearing ceremony at the quaint PENGCHENG Academy and solemnly promised the following:

I have confidence that I can achieve our goal.

I won’t complain for I can solve all problems.

I am modest enough to take more talents in.

I keep learning and hence drive others to learn.

So far, the Phase IIIStudent Class of PENGCHENG Academy and the January, 2018 learning & sharing session has come to a successfully conclusion. It is believed that under the inspiration of the morale energy field of the PENGCHENG Academy, members of the Phase IIIstudent class will continue to uphold the academy motto (“Applying Your Knowledge & Actions Speak Louder than Words”), using the Academy as an ashram, and relying on the wisdom of the sages to cultivate self-cultivation, keeping family in order then a business, learn and practice together down-to-earth, and cultivate themselves to inspire others, unite knowing with acting and ultimately create a beautiful life and realize excellence.
